This is what the start of a small business looks like. Making litchi ice lollies right here in Ballito, using litchis that are hand picked from a beautiful orchard in KZN. Picked fresh, made fresh, with clean, simple ingredients.
These lollies can last up to three years in your freezer, so even when litchi season is over, you can still get your litchi flavour fix.

We’ll be at The Litchi Festival for the full festival, but you can also order through Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. We currently offer delivery in Ballito, with plans to expand to Durban soon.

Nature has a beautiful way of confirming our difficult decisions. I spent the day with my family at the beach, where we stumbled upon a heap of naturally dried sea salt, a gift from above, symbolizing cleansing and realignment with the essence of my culinary journey.
As we bid farewell to , I’m profoundly grateful for the platform and career kickstart it provided in the world of food. A heartfelt thank you to all our customers, especially our beloved regulars. Your support has meant the world to us.
