On the 16th June 2025 President Katla Katla the founder of KKF and Branch Treasure of ANCYL McMillan Nyabane has celebrated youth day in style by joining the ANCYL in the ward to distribute food parcels to child headed families in ward 23 respectively.

President Katla Katla , the founder of Katla Katla Foundation has today spent his weekend with the community members of ward 23 on the community games one of the games was "Incuva" and he later on go support the local football team namely Mariveni River stars FC
On his address the president alluded that the indigenous games preserve cultural heritage, fostering community, and promoting physical and cognitive development, serving as a unique blend of entertainment, learning, and social interaction. Entertainment remains the integral part of youth development. The President said.
He also updated the masses that the church visit will be postponed this weekend following the stakeholders meeting that will be held tomorrow with Nandzu Training Centre management.

Today 03 March 2025, The President of Katla Katla foundation has visited Mariveni Farm i.e BIC to solve the Labour dispute that has been arising for a very long time.

Today(16 February 2025) President Katla Katla the founder of KKF and President of Fukuza Community Forum has continued with his Sunday program to visit churches. The church that was visited today was Mariveni ZCC , the president in his speech has emphasized the role of churches In the community and the positive contributions it brings. After the church visit he went to the scheduled game that was scheduled at Mariveni soccer ground- the match was so interesting it was Mariveni biscuits vs Katla Katla Foundation. KKF has won the game with 8-6 beating Mariveni Buscuits. And also after the match he gave the message to the supporters that "as the village we must invest in young people, they are the future of this ward" the President said.

Yesterday(26/01/2025) Pres Katla visited AFM Church was accompanied by some community dignitaries and business women in the community later on we visited Hosana/Mavele tribal office to give some advices when community cases or conflicts were being attended, the president on his closing remarks he said that "it was his first time going to such meetings it was also a learning period to him to learn how to confront adultery conflicts and solve them in good manner without taking sides or favours"
