Some facts every woman deserves to know.
Another Monday, another reminder that movement is medicine.
But it’s not about pushing through everything.
It’s about choosing what your body actually needs.
Some days that’s training.
Some days that’s recovery.
Both count.

Small changes can shift how you move, think, and recover.
As we move into June (and hit the halfway point of the year), it’s a good time to reset - not with big changes, but with small, consistent ones.
This month, try a few of these:
🍳 Aim for protein at breakfast
🧠 5 minutes of daily mobility
☀️ Get some sunlight during your lunch or coffee break
📵 Decrease screen time at night
🌱 Try something new
Nothing extreme. Just more awareness in the everyday.
And maybe the most important one,
🧠 Check in with how you’re actually feeling.
Your body often shows you what it needs before your mind catches up.

Movement can be one of the simplest ways to support your body during your cycle 🚶🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🤸🏼
Regular exercise has been shown to help reduce some common PMS symptoms like fatigue, cramps, and mood changes by improving circulation, releasing endorphins, and supporting hormone balance.
This may vary between individuals but even gentle movement like walking, strength training, or yoga is often beneficial, especially during lower energy days. 💪✨
