আল্লাহর কাছে এমন একজনের জন্য প্রার্থনা করুন যিনি আপনার হৃদয়ে শান্তি এবং আপনার অস্থিরতায় স্থিরতা আনবেন।

১. আরাফার দিনের দোয়া শ্রেষ্ঠ দোয়া:
​সুনান আত-তিরমিযী ও মুয়াত্তা মালেকে বর্ণিত একটি বিখ্যাত হাদিসে আল্লাহর রাসূল (সা.) বলেছেন:
​"সবচেয়ে উত্তম দোয়া হলো আরাফা দিবসের দোয়া। আর আমি এবং আমার পূর্ববর্তী নবীগণ যা বলেছি তার মধ্যে সর্বোত্তম কথা হলো—"

​আরবি দোয়া:
​لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ، وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ ، وهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
​বাংলা উচ্চারণ: লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহু ওয়াহদাহু লা শারীকা লাহু, লাহুল মুলকু ওয়া লাহুল হামদু, ওয়া হুয়া আলা কুল্লি শাইয়িন ক্বাদীর।

অর্থ: "আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোনো উপাস্য নেই, তিনি একক, তাঁর কোনো শরিক নেই। রাজত্ব একমাত্র তাঁরই এবং সমস্ত প্রশংসাও তাঁর। তিনি সব কিছুর ওপর ক্ষমতাবান।" (সুনান আত-তিরমিযী, হাদিস নম্বর: ৩৫৮৫)

​২. মুয়াত্তা মালিক (হাদিস নং: ৩২)
​হাদিস বিশারদ ইমাম ইবনে আব্দুল বার (রহ.) এই হাদিসের ব্যাখ্যায় বলেছেন— নবীজী যখন "আরাফার দিনের দোয়া শ্রেষ্ঠ দোয়া" বলেছেন, তার মানেই হলো এই দিনের দোয়া আল্লাহর কাছে সবচেয়ে দ্রুত কবুল হয় এবং এর সওয়াব সবচেয়ে বেশি।

​৩. সহীহ মুসলিম (জাহান্নাম থেকে মুক্তি ও দোয়ার প্রসঙ্গ)
​উম্মুল মুমিনীন হযরত আয়েশা (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ (সা.) বলেছেন:

​"আরাফার দিনের চেয়ে অন্য কোনো দিন আল্লাহ তাআলা এত বেশিসংখ্যক বান্দাকে জাহান্নাম থেকে মুক্তি দেন না। তিনি (বান্দাদের) খুব কাছাকাছি হন এবং ফেরেশতাদের সামনে তাদের নিয়ে গর্ব করে বলেন, 'আমার এই বান্দারা কী চায়?'"

​সহজ কথা: আল্লাহ যখন ফেরেশতাদের ডেকে বলেন "তারা কী চায়?", তার অর্থই হলো বান্দা যা চাচ্ছে (দোয়া করছে), আল্লাহ তা কবুল করে তাদের ক্ষমা করে দিতে চান।

​তাই আপনি হজের ময়দানে থাকুন আর নিজের ঘরে—৯ জিলহজ বা আরাফার দিন আল্লাহর কাছে মন খুলে দোয়া করা এবং ওপরে উল্লেখ করা নবীজীর শেখানো দোয়াটি বেশি বেশি পড়া অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
