This is a weekly group ride for riders of all abilities to be held each Tuesday evening for riders interested in participating in a group ride through the residential areas of Shenandoah, Lake at White Oak, White Oak Landing, and others.

This is a no drop ride with a C pace (10-15 MPH but no faster than the slowest rider) for experienced & new riders. The route will be� determined in advance by the leader and will cover distances of 5, 10� and 20 miles.

If ride is CANCELED due to bad weather, it will be posted on the Baton Rouge Bike Club Facebook group page.

BRBC Ride Requirements:

Helmets required
Participants will sign-in, and include a contact phone

Join us for a B-paced (16-18 average) 52 mile ride from Jackson to Norwood, to Felps, and back.

In addition to the out and back, route, there is a 52 mile return route using the shady Kent - Beechgrove - Carruth - Billy Goat route back to Wilson.

We will use routes that the club has used for many years, however they have been updated to electronic versions There are no pre-printed maps available, so use your phone or other navigation device using the club provided RWGPS membership. The ride may be cancelled or delayed if it is expected to be raining at the scheduled start time. Watch the Facebook group for a change in plans 2 hours before the scheduled start.

Join us for the LP/St. Helena shuffle. 8am roll, It is a flat loop ride from Doyle High in Livingston to near Pine Grove and over to Montpelier. It is a 44 mile route (or 34 mi if you skip the "dog leg" on the map below Pine Grove).

If you do the shorter route, you can wait at the Cstore in Montpelier for the group to regather (itll be about 35 min), or proceed off on your own.

If we feelin' froggy, may do an extra 6 at the end to make it an even 50.

There is 1 Cstore stop in Montpelier at mile 27 (or 17 if you do shorter).

It will be hot. Expect a cold watermelon after the ride.

No maps available at ride start, but ride leaders will guide participants not having a GPS or access to club RWGPS site.
