Turning another year older, except this year was hard, perhaps the hardest ever. Mom, I missed you even more, we both did, but knowing you would want me to spend my birthday doing things I love, kept me going. I hope you're watching for me from up there....look, I even took Dad out after 5 years!!

Just PASTA things....a simple version, with corn and broccoli and a quick cheese sauce!
 

Making my own flour mixes for added protein, fiber and antioxidants.
- BAJRA & Roasted seeds ROTI (with Kohlrabi/Oal Kopi Sabzi, and Chicken)
- SPINACH-PANEER OAT, FLAXSEED ROTI (with Mixed veg Dal, and Baingan ka Bharta)
The rotis are pan roasted and I brushed some ghee on the hot rotis right before eating..
Will try out more flour mixes soon...
