This piece was a special order from a loving wife who wanted to surprise her husband on his birthday. She shared photos of him and his late mother — who passed away when he was young — and asked me to bring them together in one portrait. 💞

When he saw the sketch, he finally got to see himself with his mom for the first time… and his reaction said it all. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. ❤️✏️
