Becoming a successful person is a person with habits and a list of goals.

Protein plays a major role in our health and wellness journeys!
Regardless of wanting to gain muscle, lose body fat or maintain. Protein is SUPER important.
Protein fuels many different functions or of our body. If we are not getting in enough protein in our daily food intake for those function our bodies will pull those nutrients from our muscles instead 🤯
This process of breaking down muscle also comes with storing body fat which is called catabolic state. I know I want to attain and maintain lean muscle mass. Don’t you?
Do so this you want to be in an anabolic state. This is where we are burning fat and building muscle! 💪🏻
So how do we do this? We eat 1 gram of protein per your body weight goal. Equally as important you want to be getting in 25-30 grams of protein every 2-3 hours! 😳
We can do this by eating high protein foods like cottage cheese, tuna, chicken or beef jerky bits let’s get real here. Do you really want to eat all the time?
This is where my Level-1 protein saves my life!!!
Level-1 is a sustained assimilation protein. This mimics the same digestion as a whole food protein. I really enjoy it in my coffee, as a mug cake, in stuffed French toast or totally on its own in a shake. It’s awesome for a quick meal because the slow digestion will keep me feeling full.
