✨ Such an unforgettable experience! ✨

This summer I was privileged to work as the Lead Instructor with the LeadBEST Intensive Program through Precision Learning at Rutgers Business School. I had the distinct opportunity of guiding a group of brilliant, motivated, and resilient students as they developed their business ideas, sharpened their business skills, and grew in confidence week by week over a six week intensive course. The journey culminated in our Capstone Project, where we celebrated not only the collective achievements of the group but also recognized two standout honors on August 28: Sanchit Gupta, winner of the Best Business Plan Award, and Shourya Shrivastava, winner of the Best Presentation Award. Congratulations again to you both! 👏

This experience was made even more special thanks to the wonderful support of the administrator team—Leshay Reed, Tiffany McCullough, and Dr. Kwame Adu-Gyamfi—who welcomed me warmly and made delivering the program such a joy! What an excellent team to work with! 🙌

It was deeply rewarding to not only witness the growth of each student - Shourya Shrivastava, Shruti Narmeti, Isha Vedak, Sanchit Gupta and Sayan Ghosh but to get the satisfaction of experiencing their determination, creativity, and teamwork which was truly inspiring. I will cherish these memories always.

A heartfelt thank you to all the students for their dedication and the joy they brought to this program—you made every step worthwhile. And a very special thanks to Sami Elmansoury, of Precision Learning, the visionary behind this program, for giving me the opportunity to work with such extraordinary young leaders.

My summer was quite productive. Sometimes it pays to get quiet 😉. I am pleased to announce 2 new certifications. I am now an APA 7th edition research expert and I am also certified to teach English as a second language.
