for anyone invisibly going through something impossible right now ❤️ alongside my first love of music I’ve been training in psychotherapeutic counselling now for nearly 4 years and am not far from (hopefully) qualifying. it was an ember of curiosity that I never planned on seeing through to the end but I haven’t been able to pull myself away from such a beautiful journey. I have learned so much and I know this time of year is as brutal as any for people struggling with something - illness, grief or crisis 😔 If this finds you, I hope it reminds you of something simple: where you see fear, I see courage 🕊️ You are stronger than you ever thought possible.
