Ko and Marlon met in 'We Buy Gold' and later went on to form 'SuziToy'. The seeds of Collosum were planted during the last ever 'SuziToy' gig 07/07/23 where they finished the with an impromptu improvisation by Hiydrow. Ko and Hiydrow had met in 2006, where they founded the project 'Tuggy Tugz'. Ko, Marlon and Hiydrow then founded Collosum in 2024, along with Jamie who we found on Facebook. We debut in London 2025 with a sell out show.
Collosum are fresh, hard hitting and culturally relevant. Three quarters of our band are second generation migrants, who grew up in London. We understand how prejudice and xenophobia have shaped society.
We express ourselves sharply without compromise. We stand for freedom from oppression, freedom of speech, and power to the people.
