Solar State

This song needed a different treatment than all my ever recorded songs. About a year ago I wrote this song as an ode to my soulmate . I recorded a ukelele version on a click track not long after finishing the song but it felt too tight and processed. I left it aside for a while and after playing my recent support show for everything fell into place. I knew I wanted to record a live version of the song so it be an expression of that moment. Nothing processed nothing tuned or fixed in the production. I booked studio and asked engineer to help me track this baby. Thanks for your guidance and taking me to a place where I needed to come to express myself in my purest form. Thx for the mix & for the great master 🙏
And last but definitely not least a big thx and shout out to my soulmate for being my muse for 21 years now. It was amazing to have you by my side while recording the song and what great pictures you shot ♥️

Out now my new Solar State single “Anywhere On Earth”. A very personal song to me which I had the honor of joining me writing the song.
