Steak night! Last night’s steak was this amazing Teres Major from grilled hot and fast on the Ironwood! This cut is one of the lesser known cuts. It’s perfect for a quick cook and it’s super tender as long as you don’t overcook it. Right now, this steak is on sale as well as many other cuts including full briskets! It’s finally under 100 degrees here so why not make some chicken fajita soup for !

For I made pulled chicken pimento cheese sliders! I brined the chicken in pickle juice before putting it on the Pro 750 with hickory pellets. I used the pimento cheese recipe from the Traeger Pimento Cheese Burger recipe. After shredding the chicken I mixed it with diced pickles, bacon and BBQ sauce, covered it with pimento cheese and baked till the cheese was good and melted.
