✨SOCIALISING WHILST ON A DIET✨
Believe it or not, I actually encourage clients to go out and enjoy themselves...
Becoming a hermit may bring you results quicker but what do you do when you finally give in and start saying yes to social plans? (That’s if people are even still asking you to go out with them )
A big part of what I do with clients is teaching them:
1. That it’s OKAY to go out and enjoy social occasions. It ain’t about what you do on each occasion, it’s about what you do consistently
2. HOW to manage these (before, during and the after) to fit your goal
It’s super important to learn how to manage indulgent food as it teaches you to practice mindfulness and moderation for moving forward & social events
Unless you have an extreme goal or bodybuilding is your life, if you find yourself getting anxiety at the thought of social events or even sacrificing life to lose a few los, you’re on the wrong plan!
