Huge congratulations to my darling niece on graduating with a 1st class honours degree in Criminology and Sociology from Manchester University.

It's been a beautiful few days with the family watching her graduate, meeting so many of her lovely friends and toasting to her continued success and bright future.

It really feels like a full circle moment - a few years ago we went on a trip to Manchester and as we passed the university she mentioned that she'd quite like to study there.

Being a Mancunian, I was happy to hear it,😁 but I don't think anyone really took her that seriously. She went away did her research, got her grades and a few years later mum and dad were driving her up to halls.

I love how focused and intentional she is, big hearted, kind, beautiful and funny too.❤️

It's been lovely seeing the city of Manchester through her eyes and I'm glad that she felt so safe and welcome there. I'm just bursting with pride and excited to see (after some rest) what she does next.

Well done lovely girl!! You worked hard, played hard and smashed it! ❤️🥰
