How about a 502 forged internals, ASM EFI intake, STR cast iron manifolds, Precision turbos, and a 1987 Monte Carlo SS?

This old girl found a new home. The current owner had already tossed Wilwood Aero 6 front calipers on it, along with full tubular control arms (up front) and coil overs.

We’re making progress on the 1990 454 SS. Still some thing’s to sort out, but has been putting in work! We have tentatively listed the truck for sale (as a roller, or turn key options).

The Vortech v7 YSI is completely assembled, but we are ironing out some minor details.

Some pointers for those wanting to run a renegade bracket assembly on your SBF. We ended up using a Derale 1/2” fan spacer to retain the fan clutch assembly (not an issue with electric fans), we are using an SN95 upper radiator hose trimmed to clear the blower. The fan shroud has been trimmed back to clear the belt drive.

We run a copper NGK plug, 1-range cooler, with an initial gap of .025. We can tighten this further is we run into spark blow out, but with low boost, I don’t believe it will be an issue.
