Weekly Satsang Recap | Key Messages from Mohanji

This week’s satsang brought practical guidance on inner stability, consistent practice, conscious connection, and maintaining balance while engaging with the external world. Through deeper reflections on silence, awareness, purpose, and daily life, the session focused on how to strengthen the inner foundation that allows us to remain steady amidst changing circumstances.
Here are the key messages from this week’s satsang:

1. Strengthen the inner world before facing the outer world
The outside world constantly demands attention through situations, interactions, and responsibilities. Stability develops when we consciously cultivate the inner world and strengthen our connection with awareness. When the inner foundation becomes stronger, external influences lose the ability to disturb us deeply.

2. Inner silence requires consistent practice
A temporary experience of peace is not the same as lasting inner silence. Silence becomes established through regular and continuous effort, until awareness becomes naturally internalised rather than dependent on external conditions.

3. Create continuity in your connection
Transformation requires consistency. Intermittent effort creates temporary experiences, but stable connection develops through sustained commitment and regular practice.

4. Do not allow external events to disturb the inner space
The world will continue to present different experiences, opinions, and situations. The practice is not to control everything outside, but to strengthen the inner state so external movements do not disturb the deeper balance within.

5. Liberation begins when triggers lose their power
When external praise, criticism, or situations no longer create strong inner disturbance, a deeper freedom is experienced. The outer world remains outside, while the inner space remains steady.

6. Work within your capacity without losing stability
Not every situation requires our involvement. Action should come from clarity and capacity. When something is within our ability, contribute sincerely; when it is beyond our capacity, avoid unnecessary disturbance and preserve balance.

7. Reduce the burden of thinking you control everything
Many anxieties arise from the feeling that we are personally controlling every aspect of life. When we focus on doing our best with what is available, the relationship with life becomes lighter and more practical.

8. Develop a stable purpose beyond circumstances
A clear purpose creates inner strength. When life is directed towards something meaningful and expansive, temporary situations have less power over our state.

9. Protect your stability while serving others
Before supporting others, maintain your own balance. Only from a stable space can we genuinely contribute and uplift those around us.

This week’s session served as a reminder that lasting transformation comes through consistent inner practice, stable connection, and the ability to remain centred while moving through the changing experiences of life.

Mohanji’s first visit to the Balkans this year began in Slovenia, at the Mohanji Peace Center.

MPC Slovenia is a place many experience as deeply calm, powerful, and serene. Surrounded by nature, with the first Baba temple in Slovenia, a dedicated priest, the Ahimsa Café, and many beloved animal residents, the center has become one of the strong anchors of Mohanji’s work in Europe.

During his stay, Mohanji spent time at the center, visited Baba, walked around the grounds, and spent time with the animals - Nandi, Uma, Raja, Lucky, Purity, and the many other beings who make the space feel alive and complete.

He also conducted two Silence with Mohanji sessions - one in the natural surroundings of the center, and one in the peaceful atmosphere of the temple. Many participants, including newcomers, had the opportunity to sit in meditation in Mohanji’s presence and experience the depth of silence beyond words.
Silence with Mohanji is not only about being quiet externally. It is an invitation to experience inner stillness - a space beyond the constant movement of thoughts, emotions, and impressions. Even a small glimpse of that silence can bring clarity, lightness, and a deeper connection with oneself.

In the middle of Mohanji’s stay in Slovenia, there was also a beautiful happening at one of the neighboring Mohanji centers, only one hour and eight minutes away from MPC Slovenia. The first-ever Harmony Festival was held there, along with the installation of the Shiva Lingam - a significant moment for the region and for all those connected to this growing field of peace, devotion, and conscious living.

In a very natural way, Mohanji’s presence connected these spaces - the stillness of MPC Slovenia, the energy of Baba’s temple, the life of the animals, the warmth of the community, and the sacredness of the Harmony Festival.

This visit also marked a new phase for MPC Slovenia. Along with the ongoing activities of the center, new initiatives are beginning to unfold. One of them is the sale of Mohanji’s wardrobe, which has now started in Slovenia. MPC Slovenia will serve as the hub for this initiative, from where it will gradually spread to other Mohanji centers.

With its temple, nature, animals, Ahimsa Café, dedicated team, and expanding activities, MPC Slovenia continues to grow as a space of peace, service, and connection.
This season is also one of the most beautiful times to visit the center - when nature is vibrant, the atmosphere is gentle, and the space naturally supports stillness and reflection.

We are grateful for Mohanji’s presence, for the two powerful sessions of silence, for the Harmony Festival, and for the opportunity to witness this region entering another meaningful chapter.
