Mind liberation psychology is a transformative approach that centers around freeing the individual from the psychological chains that limit growth, happiness, and self-actualization. It acknowledges that mental health isn't just about overcoming specific disorders but about understanding the deep societal, cultural, and historical forces that shape our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviour.
