Early morning walk with the fam —- hubby, baby, Smoke and Skye.

Years ago, I used to think that I needed to exercise for hours if I wanted to lose weight.

That only ended with me injuring myself.

Now I let my nutrition do the heavy lifting.

And exercise for health.

The result? Shorter workouts. Better consistency.

And it’s easy for me to get everyone onboard ❤️
