Join us on Wednesday, 15th January at 12.30pm for our brand-new webinar, "Sustainable People Drive Sustainable Businesses."

🎯 As we start the year, it’s time to rethink how we drive resilience, wellbeing, and high performance within our organisations. As part of your ESG strategy, it’s important to consider the sustainability of your most important resource – your people. Sustainable people drive sustainable businesses, and we need sustainable people to solve the world’s meaningful problems, and the challenges that your business will face, whether that’s sales, innovation or increasing market share.

In this new webinar, I will share fresh insights and introduce the concept of "Personal Sustainability"—a practical framework to ensure your teams have the energy, focus, and motivation to thrive in the year ahead.

Here’s what you’ll learn:
✅ Why wellbeing is your competitive advantage in 2025
✅ Tools to help teams manage change and thrive in high-demand environments
✅ How to embed wellbeing into your culture and leadership strategy
✅ The secrets to building a high-performance culture sustainably

Plus: Live Q&A and a chance to win a book bundle!

If you’re in HR, Internal Comms, or People Leadership—or looking to future-proof your workforce—this snappy 30-minute session is for you.

Looking to build your resilience?

What are some of the ways you can develop resilience?

Developing resilience comes down to lots of factors including mental and physical strength, healthy daily practices, hormetic stressors and a strong sense of community. But if you’re looking to develop resilience, here’s something to reflect on today.

Can you think of a challenging time that you faced, where you thought perhaps you couldn’t cope? But in the end, you did cope and you came through it. Consider how you felt when it happened. When did that change? What did you do/learn to get through it?

Most of us are more resilient than we believe ourselves to be. We are very adaptable creatures and are capable of enduring challenges and change.

Sometimes it’s about reflecting on how we got through something and having trust and belief in our capabilities and coping mechanisms. And this is effective because it’s based on our own evidence - how we managed before.
