Breathe Bhutan Adventures & Holidays is looking for enthusiastic, trained and certified youth tour guides who are eager to learn and grow in the tourism industry.

Many young tour operators have approached us wanting to understand how to run a travel business. True knowledge takes years to develop, which is why we are offering a structured opportunity to learn the tips, tricks, and practical skills needed to succeed — while getting paid.
This is a unique opportunity to not only learn the theory, but also gain hands-on experience in real tourism operations.

We are seeking candidates not to immediately work as field guides, but to join our office team to:

1. Communicate with guests
2. Assist in designing personalized itineraries
3. Support our guides in the field

This role offers first-hand experience in guest relations, itinerary planning, marketing, and overall tourism operations – preparing you for a future as a guide or a travel professional.

After two years of mentorship and learning, candidates will have the opportunity to:

1. Lead tour groups for Breathe Bhutan as freelance guides, or
2. Work both in the office and on field tours, gaining a blended experience of operations and guiding

Compensation: Candidates will be handsomely paid, with annual and performance-based bonuses.

Important: This opportunity is for those who are in it for the long term, willing to take one step at a time, and committed to growing bigger – not ust becoming a tour guide.

Eligibility: Only trained and certified tour guides will be considered.
Preferences: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
