First time GM ⬇️ An Origin Story and Competitive Gaming Thoughts 🙏🏽

Anyone that knows my journey will know how far I've come. Getting to Master Rank, getting beat down to 1170MR, and realizing I had no idea how to ACTUALLY play the game (fundamentals etc.). It was pretty humbling lol

But that's what I love about competitive games, you're forced to accept there's people better than you, and the only way to rise in rank is to improve.

I always tell people that focusing on your rank points is backwards thinking, focus on improving and the points come naturally. It makes sense yeah?

Shoutout to you if you push through all the loses in any ranked game, set aside blaming team mates, and put in the work/research/self reflection(lol) to climb. Competitive gaming ain't for the faint-hearted, I'll tell ya that much lol
