Join us for a celebration of sneaker culture with our first ever Sneaky Things Sneaker Festival, at The Lights Community and Sports Centre on 21 July 2024 from 11am!

Where would we be without Michael Jordan and his Nike Air Jordans? What would have become of us without Marty McFly’s Nike MAG? Name a more controversial art piece than Kanye West’s YEEZY’s.

From kids to adults, we all have a vivid memory of the sneakers we needed and craved. The ones we saved up for. The ones we wore every day until they were falling apart. The ones we never took out of the box because they were art to be admired.

At the City of PAE we recognise that everyone’s shoes tell a different story, and we want to tell that story. We want our community to have the opportunity to be part of the social history of sneakers and get involved in this cultural phenomenon.
