We hear you!

A few days into the switch to replacement buses on the Blue Line and west end of the Green Line, we are using your feedback to make quick fixes aimed at improving your experience.

This includes improving signage at and near stations, putting out more trash bins, and equipping staff in the field with more information they can use to help riders whose primary language isn’t English. We are also looking to add benches at some replacement bus boarding locations as early as next week.

As a reminder to Green Line riders traveling to Minneapolis: There are no designated Green Line replacement buses. At West Bank Station, board a Blue Line replacement bus. To continue to downtown Minneapolis, you can also catch routes 7 and 22 at nearby stops on Cedar Avenue South.

Buses continue to replace Blue Line trains between Mall of America and Target Field through August 19, and Green Line trains between West Bank and Target Field through July 26.
