Meet the team: Kat Smith! Kat, our Pinterest guru, is the other half of Pico. She’s the one getting you all those new eager buyers on Pinterest and the one responding to your emails and messages.

“For over 7 years now, I've been living & working around the world. Originally from Atlanta, GA, once I got a taste for travel, I couldn't stop. I've worked in a wide range of industries in a variety of countries & cultures before starting my own business, Girls Gone Working.

When I'm not on the beach with Raf and our pup, I love empowering women around the world to go after their dreams, whether that be to move to a city across the world, apply for that job abroad or grow their own business through Pinterest.”

Meet the team: Raf Tudela!

Raf, our interaction designer, is one half of Pico. He’s the creativity behind your new eCommerce site and the one responsible for all the cool new quirks on your site that you never knew were possible.

“It's been 5 years since I left Colombia, tierra querida. Since then I have been traveling and working as a designer, helping businesses with their products. I've worked with a wide range of clients from all markets; from hotels and tourism to developing apps, SaaS and video games in 5 countries, spread among 3 continents.

Kat, and I met on the road and share a passion for exploring and collecting mementos. When I'm not designing, I like to play the bass, sing and draw silly cartoons that sometimes make it to the public.”
