Introducing Emmanuel Modeste, or Manny for short. He’s a 24-year-old creative who has dipped his toes into a variety of creative fields.
An actor, photographer, and music producer/ composer, amongst other things, he aspires to grasp as many skills as possible.

Manny has been making music since high school with his mates and has gained the confidence to start sharing his music in 2018, exploring different genres from different cultures, and learning the workings of music production from beginning to end. Manny has developed a skill for being creative in a slightly different way than usual when it comes to producing and composing songs.

When it comes to photography, Manny has a way of capturing moments in time and preserving memories. Once again, he’s explored the many paths of photography, from event to motorsports. A skill that has been developing for a very long time, he has faced many challenges when it comes to photography.

Emmanuel’s creative mind is heavily influenced by his travels with many tales, stories and experiences to share and many more to make as time goes on.

Introducing a charmingly oddball J’von Smith, maybe known as Vonn Braden.
Aspiring actor, artist, and influencer.

Somewhere between a TikTok scroll and a Sundance dream, J’von exists; part muse, part mayhem, fully committed to the art of standing out. He’s the kind of guy who shows up to an audition with three outfit changes, a monologue, and a metaphor. On-screen, he’s a shapeshifter. Off-screen, he’s either filming content, sipping tea like it’s an Oscar, or reminding you that the glow-up is spiritual and aesthetic.

A walking moodboard with Wi-Fi, J’von doesn’t just create — he curates moments that flirt with genius and laugh at the algorithm. He paints in vibes, acts in truth, and posts with the confidence of someone who already knows the fan edits are coming. Whether he’s channeling emotion through a lens or chaos through captions, one thing’s certain: this isn’t just the beginning of a career. It’s the soft launch of a legend in progress.

Meet Chenica Sommersel: Artist, Storyteller, and Creative Force Behind the Scenes. 🎨✨

From the earliest days of her childhood, creativity has been the heartbeat of Chenica Sommersel’s world. Whether she was coloring, crafting castles from cardboard boxes, or confidently strutting through the house in her sister’s high heels, her imagination always found an outlet. Today, that same spark fuels her career as a multidisciplinary illustration artist.

Working primarily with Procreate, Illustrator, and Linearly Curve, Chenica’s artistic focus revolves around visual storytelling. One of her most personal and ongoing projects, Toka Tola, follows five teenagers making waves on the waters of Tortola—a heartfelt narrative that reflects both her deep cultural roots and love for story-driven art.

But her creativity doesn’t stop there. Chenica is also active in the film and performance industries, with acting and casual modeling credits in productions such as Tales from the Third Pillar (Paradise 48 Film Competition) and Dove’s Little Secrets (284 Excellence Film Competition). More recently, she’s been exploring her musical side, honing her skills as a developing singer.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Chenica is the founder of Kheni Cloud, a small business offering custom illustrations, printed apparel, stickers, and original paintings. Her brand is an extension of her vision to make imagination tangible and personal.

As a proud member of the Savvy.co production team, Chenica brings her vibrant creativity and artistic versatility to every project. Whether on screen, on canvas, or behind the brand, she continues to carve out her space as a dynamic creative voice in the BVI and beyond.

Part of the heartbeat of our crew – let’s introduce🫀: Smeralda Avril

Smeralda D. Avril is a 24-year-old creative with a passion for scriptwriting, acting, and directing. What started as a love for theater arts—especially acting—naturally grew into a career in film when local opportunities in theater became limited. That shift opened the door to a whole new way of storytelling.

She’s a proud member of Savvy.Co, a fun, driven group of ladies on a mission to share life’s joys through content creation. On top of that, she wears another hat as the Assistant Finance Manager for After Sunset Productions, where she blends her creative side with business know-how.

Smeralda was one of the co-writers behind the award-winning film Exit Wound, and that experience only deepened her drive to tell stories that draw people in and leave a lasting impression. Whether she’s writing, performing, or directing, she’s all about being part of the full creative process and seeing her stories come to life on screen.

For Smeralda, it’s simple: if the story moves people, she’s doing what she was meant to do.
