Toussaint is a Red-Zoner who believes that he would have been going back home by end of month.
After returning and seeing the damage to his home he does not believe that people will be returning to their lives anytime soon.

This is Alton Morris. He is in the orange zone and did not evacuate.
He experienced both 1979 and 2021 eruptions from the same area, he’s sharing his experience.
