The Courtyard/SpringHill Suites Amelia Island project in Amelia Island, FL is a standout design-build dual-branded hospitality development consisting of a four-story, 239-unit hotel totaling approximately 150,000 square feet. Located just one block from the beach, the project was thoughtfully executed to maximize its coastal setting while delivering two distinct Marriott brands within a unified structure. The development also features an attached 150,000 square foot two-story parking garage, including one level below grade, to efficiently accommodate guest parking. Completed in an accelerated 18-month timeframe, the project highlights the advantages of the design-build approach through streamlined coordination, enhanced collaboration, and efficient delivery of a large-scale, multi-level hospitality facility in a constrained coastal environment.
