Where are all my resilient people at? 🫶🏼

I may fall 99 times but I make sure I get up 100 times. 💯

Why? What happened Jenn…you may ask? Well, let’s just call it LIFE. And my life has been nothing short of challenges the past 4 years. My brother passing away started it, covid world, my dad being diagnosed with ALS, a separation, my dad and his nurses moving in with me to help care for him, and those are just a few things.
And let me just say…stretching was not first on my list anymore… altho I did stretch sometimes…I wasn’t committed to myself anymore. My main and first focus of the day was my dad. Which turned into my full day focus all day, every day. ALS IS A DARK, RUTHLESS DISEASE and I’m sharing more awareness on ALS thru my personal account .next.time.jenn if you’d like to follow along there I would love the support. There’s a powerful feeling when spreading awareness to something not many people are aware of.

But back to me and stretching…I’ve been full of broken promises 🙈 saying I’m Back! and then poof…like Houdini she’s gone again. It’s hard to keep myself a priority these days…but I’m trying. Let’s try this again…I’M BAAAACK..😂🧘🏻‍♀️💋
