Every Friday, we celebrate the people and partnerships that move our mission forward—and this week was full of powerful moments.

In Worcester, a new pilot program is opening doors for early childhood educators by transforming unused classroom space into a two‑year work space for educators to launch and grow their business. Providers like Minerva Caba Toribio and Eva Fajardo Marroquín are already building vibrant, culturally responsive programs that meet a growing community need.

We also celebrate Echo Louissaint‑Collins, named one of Massachusetts’ 20 Outstanding Women. Her work with 508Cheers continues to uplift young leaders who are shaping a brighter future.

Our GEAR UP students stepped boldly into career readiness through hands‑on workshops and mock interviews with community professionals—gaining confidence and clarity as they prepare for life after graduation.

And in Rhode Island, Kim Keegan was honored with the 2026 Aging Services Award of Excellence for her compassionate leadership in Adult Day Health services.

These stories remind us what’s possible when dedication meets opportunity.
