Helen Segil is the Executive Director of ONE Worcester ! Helen is a driving force in the nonprofit sector, leading efforts to strengthen local organizations through expert consulting, education, and networking. With a deep commitment to equity and community-building, she ensures that Worcester-area nonprofits have the tools and resources they need to make a lasting impact.

Helen’s dedication to fostering collaboration is backed by her strong academic foundation—she holds an MS in Professional Communication and a BA in Communications & Culture with a minor in Women & Gender Studies. Beyond her leadership at ONE Worcester, Helen expresses her creativity as a ceramic artist and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
