I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! The new year is upon us and I want to help you make fitness a part of your lifestyle in 2024.

To start the year off I will be doing a 60 day transformation challenge. The rules are simple: $100 to enter, submit your “before” picture, and follow the roadmap I give you. After 60 days you will submit a photo of your results and I will pick the winner!

My hope is to have enough participants to pay the winner $500!
