I looked into it and found out that this design is ineligible for trademarking since it is simple geometric shapes. I thought that was interesting. The name probably is but I guess I'll find out someday if it's a problem. I'm planning on making more of these since I found more of the triangle bar pieces while thrifting. I like the way it looks in the candlelight 🕯️
