One feature we recently rolled out to our team is the AI integration within our “Area Manager Control Center” tool. No single person can realistically read every note from every work order, meeting, safety visit, or discrepancy across dozens of communities.

But AI can.

This new feature is designed to give our AMs the ability to sift through all of the information relevant to their role, surface hidden insights, and ensure important details don’t slip through the cracks.

Last week, our team had the chance to dive into hands-on siding training with James Hardie and MI homes This training wasn’t just about learning the product, it was about sharpening our skills, understanding the details, and making sure our teams are ready to deliver the quality expected on every job.

By bringing together our partners and our field teams, we’re creating an environment where everyone learns, everyone asks questions, and everyone walks away better prepared.
