At Common Rentals we provide high quality tools and equipment, conveniently at the most competitive price.

Our rental agreements are simple and easy.

Docusign agreements allow you to pick up or have equipment delivered as efficiently as possible. This gets equipment to the job site with less downtime, eliminating scheduling conflicts.
Hard copy agreements also available upon pickup/drop off.

We do not require deposits but do require a card on file for any rental item valued over 500$. Damage or failure of equipment will be customers responsibility. Refer to rental agreement for more details. (Link)

We offer delivery and pickup for a small fee based on location.

Fuel tanks will be full upon pickup. Customer required to returned full.
All battery powered equipment will come with full charge and charger.
Multiple batteries may be requested at no extra charge.

Rental days and prices are calculated on a 24hr basis from pick up or drop off time. There is no hour limit or mileage limit to anything we offer.

We do not have defined hours of operation as we attempt to meet your needs at any time of day or night.

We have an 18ft flatbed trailer available for rent. Has trailer brakes and 8k lbs limit.
