Serious Considerations for Owners/CEOs When Approving Remote Work

An article from CFO Brew shared that only 50% of employers see remote work as a way to drive recruitment, while 71% of employees see remote as top 3 on their list.

In addition, the article sited 83% of employees said remote work makes them more productive (LOL). And employers apparently don't agree, by a wide margin.

There is clearly a disconnect between employers and employees on this perceived "benefit" What's the beef here and how should CEOs respond?
