Congratulations to Renee Johnson, our July Employee of the Month!

Renee has been a valued member of the team since October 2013 and serves as our Lead Cardiac Sonographer. Her dedication to providing exceptional patient care, supporting her team, and mentoring future sonographers makes her an outstanding example of our mission and values.

When asked about her favorite memory from her time here,
Renee shared: "I have nothing but great memories. I call Wilson
Medical Center home. This is where I started my career back in 1987. Although I left for a brief period, I came back because of the
amazing team that is here. I love being part of the cardiac team, working alongside our providers and patients."

Renee's coworkers describe her as a leader who works alongside her team rather than above them. She consistently demonstrates
humility, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Everyday Renee goes above and beyond by mentoring sonography students, maintaining the highest professional standards, and creating a positive, encouraging environment for her teammates. Her upbeat attitude, dedication, and teamwork strengthen the entire department and make a lasting impact on both patients and colleagues.
