Our team is growing, and we're excited to introduce some of the newest members of Reading Assist this week!

Today, we're pleased to welcome Stuart Sherman, our new Managing Director of Operations.

Stu joins Reading Assist after an incredible 32-year career with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, where he helped expand opportunities for young people through innovative programs, teen centers, and workforce development initiatives that connected hundreds of teens with meaningful employment.

Beyond his professional work, Stu is a longtime community leader, serving as a past president of the Christiana Rotary Club, a board member for Camp Abilities Delaware, and the official scorer for the University of Delaware men's and women's basketball teams for nearly three decades.

We're excited to have Stu's experience, leadership, and passion for serving communities as part of the Reading Assist team.
