The Helping Hand Stand is open today—and every day—from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We currently have a variety of clothing, household items, baby essentials, and food available. Everything is completely free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you or someone you know could use a helping hand, feel free to stop by and see what may be available.
We also welcome donations! We gladly accept toys, baby items, household goods, non-perishable food, and other items that fit inside the stand.
The Helping Hand Stand and Rylan’s Farm are located at 14577 Trero Lane, Willis, Texas. Both are proudly owned and operated by Dylan Kyle-Sears and Rylan Sears.

Everything at The Helping Hand Stand is completely free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is simple: to help neighbors support neighbors and make sure that anyone facing a difficult time has access to basic necessities. Whether you are struggling financially, going through a life transition, caring for a growing family, or simply need a little extra help, please don't hesitate to stop by and see what is available. If you know someone who could benefit from these resources, please share this post with them.
We also gratefully accept donations from community members who would like to help keep the stand stocked. Donations of toys, baby items, household goods, non-perishable food, clothing, and other useful items that fit inside the stand are always appreciated. Every donation, big or small, helps us continue serving local families and individuals.

Howdy 👋 and welcome to the Helping Hand Stand and Rylan’s Farm! 🤠As you may know, our community garden was vandalized and we are missing lots of plants🪴 that were designed for the benefit of the community, not just a select few. We are looking 👀 for sponsors who can donate 💰 to help us replace the plants and put better cameras 🎥 in that area. The cost would be about $250.00 for replacement and improvements. 📣 Now Hiring: Full-Time Housekeeper/Farm Helper to live onsite with housing accommodations (est. 40 Hours/Week).
📍 Located on a small farm near New Waverly, TX.
We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, and hardworking individual to join our home and farm as a live-in helper. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to become part of a supportive, family-oriented environment where your work truly matters.

• Learns quickly and handles a variety of tasks.
• Is open to being part of a close-knit, family-style team.
Honesty is extremely important to us. Your past does not automatically disqualify you — but dishonesty does.

🧹This position is a split position, half of your time will be spent in the housekeeping position, and half of your time will be spent on the farm doing different tasks, but feeding the animals, tending to the petting zoo, and working in the farm’s hatchery are among some of the objectives handled daily on the farm. From time to time other tasks may be assigned.

Duties include:

• General housekeeping and maintaining laundry for the main house.
• Personal laundry.
• Assisting with feeding animals
• Cleaning animal pens.
• Helping maintain clean and organized grounds.
• Assisting with keeping our on-site Helping Hand Stand clean and welcoming the visitors to the farm.
• Plans for future expansion of the operation will include the applicant becoming a licensed swimming instructor to teach adults and children how to swim in our onsite swimming pool.


🌿 Environment & Expectations.
• Sober living environment — no unprescribed drug use or alcohol use is permitted on the property.
• All applicants must pass a drug test.
• Must be 18 or older to be considered for the position.
• Must interview in person or via Zoom.
• One-year commitment required (with potential for extension).

Well, this position is open and needs to be filled immediately, so if you’re not ready to start within the next day or so, then don’t apply so we do not waste your time or ours.

We cannot afford to replace the plants as we make no money from the stand we are genuinely trying to help the world be a better place. Please share and help others. 👍Howdy folks! This is Dylan with Rylan’s Farm and the Helping Hand Stand. We are located at 14577 Trero Lane in Willis Texas. Rylan suggested that we give our customers, followers and supporters an update as to what’s been happening on the farm and the Helping Hand Stand. So here it goes.

🌻 The community vegetable garden project is fully underway. With all the 🌧️ we have been receiving lately, the seeds have sprouted and soon there will be fresh vegetables available at no charge to the patrons of the Stand. 🫛🥒🥕🌶️🌽🥬🫑🧅🧄🍅🍉🍆

🚧 When you stop by the farm or the Stand, we want to let you know that we’re having some work done in the yard so please be aware of the workers.

🦉 We are discussing the possibility of opening a petting zoo. What are your thoughts? Please pm me if you’d like to discuss.

😃 The Helping Hand Stand is open today from 7 until 7 and is accepting donations of non perishable foods, hygiene products, and gently used household items as well as clothing.

Due to space limitations and the wet weather we’ve been having, we are not able to accept donations of large items such as beds, mattresses, couches, sofas, chairs, large tables, or anything else comparable in size. We simply don’t have the space for it and donations cannot be left to pile up in the ditch. Thanks for understanding.

2. Large furniture. You can message us and we will post the item if someone is interested. They can pick up from you. The large items are getting ruined sitting outside and getting rained on.

We take in unwanted items and people in need come take what they need together we make the world a better place.

Rylan Searsand I are extremely excited to announce that the community garden for 2026 has been established at The Helping Hand Stand on Rylan's Farm Please do not step on the plants or place any furniture near them as the furniture will get wet when the vegetables are watered.

Once the garden starts growing you will be able to pick what you need and take it home to add some fresh vegetables to your diet.
