The post below is from Jessica, one of our stylists and nail tech at the salon. Jess will be off work helping her son in his recovery process. As alot of you, but not all of you have probably heard Diesl was in a bad motorcycle accident Monday night on his way home. He was coming down 123 and an older lady pulled out in front of him coming off of cave springs road. Diesl seen her and didnt think she was going to pull out, then she did. He tried to stop in time but there wasn't enough time, and he ended up grabbing his breaks and ended flipping his bike end over end and was ejected before his bike hit the suv. He has alot of injuries and a long road of recovery ahead, but we are so very thankful it wasn't even worse. I have my boy here and able to talk to me. Thank you lord! One of the scariest nights of my life. I have had an amazing amount of people reach out and text and visit already and we are all so thankful and appreciative of each and every one of you. Diesl is in ICU still, he went through a big surgery to repair his femur yesterday and it went great! He will be having another surgery in the next couple days to fix his left collar bone. Here is a list of his injuries for everyone asking what all happened.

Broken or as Dr said shattered right femur.
Broken left clavicle (collar bone)
Broken right scapula bone
Broken rib
Verbraes 1,2,3, and 4 in his lower back are broken
Slightly collapsed but badly bruised lung
Small laceration to liver
Covered in road rash

He definitely has a lot going on, but we are so thankful he has had great nurses and Dr's taking good care of him and are trying to get everything leveled out and fixed up. Again we are so grateful that it wasn't worse than even all of this. I can't tell everyone enough how thankful we are to everyone that has reached out, supported and helped my family. Our community is absolutely amazing!
