HELLO and a big THANK YOU to Officer Brock Woolery from the Wichita Police Department. Officer Woolery has been with the WPD for 2+ years and is currently assigned to Patrol South.
We asked a few questions… 🚔 Are you a dog or cat person? 💥 I have a mini dachshund that just turned a year old and a black golden doodle. 🚔 Why did you decide on pursuing a career in law enforcement? 💥 My parents are both paramedics so I saw a first responder lifestyle up close. Policing is where I thought I fit in the most in order to help out and serve in my community 🚔 What does a typical day at work look like for you? 💥 We handle a lot of 911 calls. Between being proactive and preventing crime, I don’t like to sit and this job is very active. The best day is an active day for me. 🚔 Favorite holiday? 💥 I like them all but it would be Halloween if I have to choose just one.
