Expectations - including, but not limited to:
Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication.
Attend all scheduled meetings/appointments punctually.
Communicate progress and schedule with production manager daily, address any needs, customer concerns, or delays.
Keep focused on the job at hand - minimize distractions (*ie: phone)
Plan ahead - make lists and ensure that materials and tools will be ready in time.
Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project.
Ask for help when needed.
Request work schedule changes in advance with production manager.
Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of yourself and the job sites.
Maintain an operational inventory of necessary tools, equipment, safety equipment, and vehicle to perform daily project activities.
Pursue continuing education relevant to the industry in order to acquire new product knowledge, installation procedures, and skill sets.
Provide input for process improvement to the production manager.
Always Maintain a respectful and professional manner toward customers and management, in speech and in conduct.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to alter, build, repair, and assemble materials in residential and commercial construction and remodel projects.
Make changes to rooms and buildings per project scope and drawings.
Work with sub-contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Execute all requests from production manager.
