This video being shared is produced by the Coach Bill Snyder Family/Sunflower Chapter of the National Football Foundation. This organization is an affiliated chapter of the National Football Foundation. The chapter has as its mission to provide recognition and scholarships for high school football players in Kansas based on scholastic, athletic and community service accomplishments. The message is from former Kansas State head football coach Bill Snyder and it focuses on having the important conversation on the value of diversity. The KIAAA is supportive of the message and encourages its members to share with coaches of ALL sports with the goal of having important conversations with their athletes.
