2024 USA Powerlifting Summer Smash at

2 days, 5 sessions (one session is primetime)

150 Lifter cap.

We are introducing Primetime this year at Summer Smash. 20 spots will be held for primetime. Primetime payout will be over $4000 in cash prizes, we will raise the cash pool@as the meet fills up and sponsors join. The other 130 spots are for non primetime lifters.

Eligibility Requirements for non-Primetime spot: Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108. New lifters, novice lifters, CrossFit athletes, and experienced all welcome. No qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition.

Prime Time Requirements: Open to raw lifters, ages 8 to 108. 500+ dots Males, 470+ dot females No qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition If you plan on joining us for primetime please email [email protected] or DM on Instagram to secure a spot BEFORE signing up.

The 2024 USA Powerlifting Friends Open is open to all members of USA Powerlifting. Membership Cards can be purchased online at www.usapowerlifting.com. Memberships purchased November 1 or later are good for the entirety of the following year as well. You may register for the meet without a current membership card but one must be purchased before May 3 & presented on meet day.

All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

Spectator Admission: $10 (Kids 8 & under are free)

Eligibility Requirements:
✓ Open to ALL female lifters, ages 8 to 108.
✓ New lifters, novice lifters, CrossFit athletes, and experienced all welcome
✓ No qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition

Full Power: $130
Additional Division: $45
Push/Pull Only: $130

Divisions:
• Raw Youth (8-13) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Teen (14-19) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Junior (20-23) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Open (24-39) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Master (40 & up) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Equipped Open - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw with Wraps Open - Top 3 in each weight class

T-shirt included with registration.

Preliminary Schedule:
Friday evening early equipment check (watch your email for time).

Saturday:
- 7am Weigh-ins
- 8:30am Rules briefing
- 9am Lifting begins
- Awards immediately following deadlifts
