Our president's recent blog post on the requirements of using "Made in the USA" in marketing and whether it is worth it.
"Made in the USA" - What does it mean and does it matter? Nbound explores the details of using "Made in the USA" and "Made in America" in your marketing and advertising and discusses whether it is even useful.
We tested the water resistance of Ricci Products Concrete Expansion Joint and Forming Material by soaking it in water for two weeks.
This light fiberboard is an all-natural product that is perfect for expansion joints where masonry or concrete walls meet outside aprons, walks, patios, or steps. It is compatible with sealants, including polymerized sealants. This fiberboard may also be used for forming walkways, patios, pool aprons, and driveways.
The wood fiber for this product is sourced from effectively managed forests and is independently certified in accordance with the guidelines of FSC. Our concrete expansion joint and forming material conforms to ASTM C-208. Additionally, it is produced in accordance with EN 13986 and EN 13171 and with ongoing quality supervision. The product usually meets the performance requirements of ASTM C-1751 despite not having asphalt. However, because ASTM C-1751 requires asphalt impregnation, Nbound will not be able to provide any documentation to certify compliance with ASTM C-1751.
