As a Crew Member you are responsible for consistently providing excellent lawn care service as well as meeting all needs and desires of our clients.

Job Requirements:
• Must have Valid Identification and or Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must Have the Ability to:
• Take Instructions from management as well as work with a crew
• Work long hours in all types weather conditions
• Follow company handbook
• Safely use and maintain all lawn care equipment

Probationary Period:
• 30 Days
• Must be able to complete all on job training
• Must receive a satisfactory performance evaluation from Management

Must be able to:
• Lift 40- 50 pounds
• Walk 5-10 miles per day
• Push/ Pull various lawn equipment

Experience is a plus, but can train.
Pay based on experience.
