It’s hard to believe that we are approaching the end of 2024. It has been, by far, one of the most challenging years. In it, I discovered the saddest version that existed of myself.  I stopped seeking opportunities and I gave up on my little dream and returned to the life of 9-5. My life, but more specifically, i was falling apart. I write this, not for sympathy, but to explain my hiatus and to say that falling apart, giving up, and starting over is not the end — but merely a chance to start/try again. I hope that if you encounter the darkest version of yourself that you remember to look up from the hole that you’ve created for yourself/has been created for you and you crawl out that bitch.
 
And with that, here are some of the sessions that I’ve covered throughout the year that I haven’t bothered to share because I was in a depression. 😅 For now, Royal Blue will go back to being what it initially was….a place to share my photo adventures and wherever they may take me. And if there’s any question, yes, I’m still available to capture your moments. 🥹 I’m just back to doing this part-time until further notice.

May 2025 bring new adventures, hope, and the resilience of that squirrel in the ice age movies.
