​This wasn't a "slap it down and call it a day" kind of job. We discovered some subfloor damage that needed serious TLC before we could even think about laying the new floor. No shortcuts here!

​ We flattened everything out with ARDEX Americas Ardex K60. This is the secret sauce that ensures that "everlasting" feel underfoot.
​ The team made multiple 1-hour trips (each way!) just to ensure every detail was perfect for the client.

This early 1900s gem is undergoing a massive renovation, and our team is honored to be at the heart of this full gut job.

Modern LVT requires a perfectly flat surface, but 100-year-old floors have a lot of "character"
When the stakes are this high, you call in the specialists. Our crew was hand-selected to flatten a staggering 20,000 square feet of history.
We’ve poured just over 900 bags of Ardex V1300 to ensure
this landmark has a perfect foundation forthe new floor to last another century.
