This early 1900s gem is undergoing a massive renovation, and our team is honored to be at the heart of this full gut job.

Modern LVT requires a perfectly flat surface, but 100-year-old floors have a lot of "character"
When the stakes are this high, you call in the specialists. Our crew was hand-selected to flatten a staggering 20,000 square feet of history.
We’ve poured just over 900 bags of Ardex V1300 to ensure
this landmark has a perfect foundation forthe new floor to last another century.

We installed this stunning multi-color plank flooring throughout the entire main level—and yes, we even tackled the stairs for that perfect, high-end finish. From the kitchen to the living room and every step in between, everything finally flows as one!
