Arise Concrete Leveling

A/C pads can be deceiving! This one did not look too bad, but it needed to be lifted 4” on the outside edge, to regain a quarter inch per foot of slope. The whole side of the house needs topsoil, however, we included enough to cover up the Poly Foam to preventing UV light from deteriorating it

This building was destabilized/settling and the exterior foundation/footings were underpinned with piers prior to our portion of the project. Even with the foundation stabilized, that still leaves the interior concrete floor with voids and improper transitions. So, we then go in and lift/stabilize the floor. These projects are tricky because of in-ground utilities, finished surfaces, and dust-free requirements
