Dear Heart + Joy Pop are looking for a full-time Storefront Manager to help lead our retail storefront and soda shop!
This is a career opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys creating a fun and welcoming environment, and is excited to lead a team in a fast-paced, joy-filled space.
Position Details:
Full-time
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Competitive pay based on experience
This is NOT a remote position.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support the Dear Heart Retail + JoyPop team
Create a joyful guest experience
Help keep the storefront organized and running smoothly
Create and manage team schedules
Update and maintain inventory of supplies
Support product launches, promotions, and special events
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and daily operations
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly, dependable, and organized
A natural leader who loves working with people
Confident speaking with customers and team members
Positive, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Excited to grow with Dear Heart + JoyPop long-term
